Alakh AI
In less than two months, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) teaching package “Alakh AI,” developed in-house by Physics Wallah, an edtech platform, has drawn over 1.5 million users. The suite was introduced by the corporation at the close of December 2023.
Offerings from Alakh AI include Sahayak: Smart Companion Powered by AI, and AI Guru: Personalised Tutor.
During its premier occasion, Vishwas Diwas, Physics Wallah unveiled a number of innovative educational technology projects.
Adopting the theme “Padhai Ka Naya Andaaz (A New Era in Education),” the educational technology platform unveiled advancements that aim to enhance the personalization, efficacy, and engagement of learning.
Alakh Pandey, CEO and founder of Physics Wallah, stated in a statement that “‘Padhai Ka Naya Andaaz’ is more than a theme; it is our commitment to provide a learning experience that transcends traditional boundaries, making education more personalised, effective, and engaging for every student.”
Tools in the suit
NCERT Pitara, another tool in the suite, uses GenAI to generate questions based on NCERT textbooks, giving students immediate access to fill up study gaps.
We are on the verge of a new era in education today. “Padhai Ka Naya Andaaz” is more than just a theme, according to Pandey. It is our dedication to offering a learning environment that goes beyond conventional bounds, enhancing each student’s educational experience and making it more effective, engaging, and personalized. The organization has improved its courses under the PhysicsWallah 2.0 project by taking a tech-savvy approach with the goal of using cutting-edge technology to improve student achievements.
Awareness of Edtech companies
Edtech companies are aware of how AI may be used to provide customized material and personalize learning. Chatbots powered by AI give instantaneous support for learning, while data analysis offers targeted feedback to identify areas that require improvement. Founded in 2020, PW now operates over 72 tech-enabled Vidyapeeth (offline education) and 28 Pathshala (hybrid education) centers across India. Additionally, PW has expanded into 28 exam prep categories and a skilling vertical. By entering actual schools last month, it expanded the scope of the educational programs it offers.
