Outbound Travel Mart (OTM) is India’s leading and only travel show focused on outbound travel. About 1600 exhibitors will be present at the leading travel trade show in Asia, OTM 2024 from February 8–10.
What is OTM?
According to an Ipsos survey, OTM, the most international travel trade exhibition in India, is the best event in Asia in terms of venue amenities and the number of attendees who are both buyers and sellers.
More than 35,000 experts from 60 countries as well as 30 Indian states and union territories will be present at the expo, which will be held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. This edition of the show will feature new exhibitors and international locations. Together with previously advertised locations, these will also be displayed in larger pavilions. In comparison to its previous edition, this one has expanded by more than 50%, according to an official statement from OTM.
The Indian market showed durability and vitality in 2023, with a noteworthy gain of 10 million outbound travelers over the previous year. By the end of 2024, analysts project that outbound travel expenditures would total more than $42 billion, securing India’s place as one of the world’s most profitable outbound tourist destinations. This edition of OTM is dedicated to providing an excellent networking and trade show experience, as seen by the astounding 95% sold-out exhibition area. There will be over 60 countries exhibiting a wide variety of local and international travel products, such as Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Qatar, Bahrain, Morocco, the Maldives, and Azerbaijan.
OTM 2024 will give exhibitors a chance to interact with a wide range of people, such as MICE, wedding planners, travel brokers, tour operators, and makers of movies, TV shows, and over-the-top content. The event is held throughout the Indian states, with Uttarakhand being the largest. Other states that are closely followed include Kerala, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh.
