Indian team won 4 medals in Asian Paralympic Games.
The Asian Para Championships kicked off in China on Sunday. In this, 303 players from India have participated. 17 types of competitions will be held till October 28.
On the first day of the tournament, the Indian team won 4 medals including one gold Asian Paralympics:
4 medals for India; Tamil Nadu Mariappan won silver
Kailesh Kumar won gold medals in men’s high jump. In the same category, Mariyappan Thangavelu from Tamil Nadu won silver and Ramsingh won bronze.
Similarly, Prachi Yadav won the silver medal in women’s boat race.
